We talked coffee roasting, competitions and rare coffees with Lex Wenneker, co-founder of Friedhats Coffee Roasters and FUKU cafe in Amsterdam. Lex is one of the pioneers of third-wave coffee in The Netherlands and an award-winning competition barista. He is twice a finalist at World Barista Championship and he won second place at World Barista Champion 2018 in Amsterdam.
