European Coffee Trip Awards 2024

Let’s celebrate our 10th anniversary with the new European Coffee Trip Awards 2024. 

It’s exciting to watch how the number of places serving specialty coffee in Europe is growing every year. Being listed in our guides already recognises the quality, as we manually review every cafe. Still, we want to allow European Coffee Trip users to share their favourites to reward their efforts.

Our goal with Awards is to recognise outstanding specialty coffee shops across Europe and we believe our Mobile App is an excellent tool for that!

HOW TO VOTE IN THE APP?

  • Download our Mobile App on App Store or Google Play,
  • Open the Awards tab in the app menu,
  • Pick 1-3 specialty cafes you want to submit the vote with your email address,
  • Confirm your email address to make the vote count!

3 SIMPLE RULES:

  1. Any speciality cafe featured in our guides is automatically eligible to collect votes.
  2. People can vote for their favourite specialty cafes exclusively through the European Coffee Trip mobile app during the voting period (September 16th – October 16th).
  3. People can submit their votes only once, they can pick 1-3 specialty cafes to vote for and they need to validate their vote through email address. Only one vote per mobile device is allowed (we will disqualify duplicates).

ANNOUNCING THE WINNERS:

  1. The winning cafe per country will be announced for all countries (if the number of votes for the cafe exceeds 100).
  2. The best cafe (10) list per country will be announced for countries with >20 specialty cafes listed (on the launch day).

We will announce the winners after the voting period ends on the 16th of October, 2024.

FAQ

1 – My favourite cafe isn’t listed in the app; what can I do?

We do our best to keep the list updated with the community recommendations. Still, it’s a manual review process that takes time. Right now, the best you can do is to ask your favourite speciality cafe to submit their location. We will do our best to speed up the review process during this period.

2 – How do you prevent users from cheating?

Hosting the voting in our Mobile App gives us better control over the submission process. Every vote is verified through a unique email address and device number. Only one vote per mobile device is permitted.
