2025 WINNING RECIPE by George Jinyang Peng
Coffee: 15g at 800 microns (26-27clicks on Comandante C40)
Water: 210ml – 96C for first 2 pours, 80C for last pour (40 PPM)
Brewer: SOLO Dripper with no bypass filters (George used Sibarist FAST)
3 STEPS POURING:
Pour 1: 30ml, 96C at 0s
Pour 2: 90ml, 96C at 30s
Pour 3: 90ml, 80C at 70s (with melodripper)
Total brew time: 1:45
