Röstschmiede

We roast every week in small batches, right next to our coffee shop in Neu-Ulm. Our range has two sides. Our house coffees are balanced, chocolatey and approachable, made for everyday espresso and filter at home. Next to them we roast a rotating selection of unusual lots: co-fermented, anaerobic and experimental processing, with flavours like strawberry, lemon cake or piña colada.
