We are a small family-run roastery in Mengeš, Slovenia, roasting specialty coffee on a 6 kg gas-fired Kraffe drum roaster. Every batch is profiled and logged in Artisan, so we can repeat what works and adjust each origin to bring out its natural sweetness and character.
