omni. coffee roastery

I only roast omni and light-medium roasts. I chose to roast omni, because omni roasting puts the origin of the coffee bean at the forefront rather than the roast profile or brewing method. It is a one-woman-run business, and I hope to inspire other women to pursue their dreams and not compromise on being a mom at the same time.
