Obsira Coffee Roaster

Every coffee deserves its own roast profile. Rather than applying a fixed formula, we develop each roast individually using sensory evaluation and roast data to express the coffee's full potential. The name OBSIRA is inspired by Obscura and Sira—representing a hidden star waiting to be revealed. We believe every coffee has its own character, and our goal is simply to uncover it.
