Based in the southside of Edinburgh, just behind the iconic Arthurs Seat - we roast on traditional Probatone roastrers with lots of modification. We source our coffee across a split of direct trade, where we deem it viable both financially and sustainably, plus spotwhere we cannot justify travel and carbon footprint. We also have a full showroom, training space and technical dept.
