Diamonds Roastery

Since 2015, Diamonds Roastery has been roasting specialty coffee in Dunajská Lužná, just outside Bratislava, and making bean-to-bar chocolate. We carefully source green coffee and roast it on a Probat to highlight each origin. Our coffees are served in cafés across Slovakia and available at diroastery.sk. We love experimenting with fermentation and collaborations with local producers.
