We are a family-run roaster near Regensburg, roasting entirely on an electric Probat powered by renewable electricity. We taste and check every batch and pack our coffees by hand. At our coffee bar, we serve around 300 customers daily. Our philosophy is simple: uncompromising quality without the exclusivity. We believe exceptional coffee should be part of everyday life.
