As most of our coffee is consumed in the gallery outlets we have to make sure our espressos are crowd-pleasers, mostly your classic Colombia and Brazil lots. Filter coffee and our retail is where we get to shine a light on more fruit-forward and experiemental processing. We keep our espresso in the medium range, with the rest of our range working towards a light roast.
