We’re Miro and Maru—a married couple, coffee addicts, and a bit of a crazy bunch—who roast specialty coffee for like-minded coffee lovers. We roast in a one-kilogram roaster because we love to experiment, and a smaller roaster lets us do just that. It also allows us to rotate our selection more often, so you’ll occasionally find very limited-edition coffee in our offering.
