Volume is a tiny specialty coffee shop in South Pigalle, where serious coffee meets a room you want to stay in. We pour rotating guest roasters — Father & Carpenter, Bluebirds, Hexagon, Noma Kaffe, WideAwake — plus carefully sourced matcha, hojicha, chai and tea from Companion. A wooden room with terrazzo floors, a curated playlist, a terrace and pastries from Christophe Louis and Panifacture.
