A few steps from Chartres Cathedral, Stellata is built from raw materials — pared-back but warm. Multiroaster: two roasters at a time, plus filter brews (V60, Moccamaster). Plant-based milks (oat) never cost extra. Small retail corner: beans, reusable cups, more. Open 6 days, closed Tuesdays. Everyone's welcome — curious or not, just ask :)
