Even on the machine, we don't use blends or washed coffees and instead choose to highlight more unusual coffees from around the world. The majority of coffees we use are sourced by us, however we have now introduced a frozen "vault" which houses the very best examples of coffees from other roasters around the world including varietals like Ombligon, Sidra and the enigmatic Eugenioides.
