Brisa is a Specialty Bakery, a place where bread and coffee are not just products to buy and consume but tools to talk about the environment, sustainability and economy. We roast our coffee in Via Galliera in Bologna using only organic green coffee from sustainable plantations. In 2023 we won the Bloom Specialty Coffee award as Best Coffee Bar in Italy.
