About

Roasting our own coffee gives us the freedom to do things the OST BLOCK way. Inspired by the Nordic approach and shaped by what we learned in Copenhagen, we mainly focus on light roasts. Our goal is to let every coffee speak for itself: clean, transparent and full of character, with no darkness, harsh bitterness or unnecessary heaviness.
