Founded in 2024 in Herceg Novi, Ionoff Roasting sources distinctive coffees from producers worldwide. Our four collections range from everyday favourites to rare experimental lots, with separate roasting profiles for espresso and filter. With a certified Arabica Q Grader on our team, we roast fresh twice a week, supplying hospitality partners and home coffee lovers throughout Montenegro.
