FOC

FOC was born in Valencia with the intention of bringing high-quality coffee closer to our neighbours, without unnecessary complexity or pretension. Today, we are a small, independent roastery focused on building long-term relationships with coffee producers, cafés and our local community. Our name, FOC, means “fire” in Valencian — a nod to our roots and to the craft of roasting itself.
