About

We work mostly with Japanese roasters, Kurasu among them, and the beans on the bar change every month - so there is usually something new to try. Filter is brewed on Hario V60 or syphon and espresso is pulled on a Londinium lever. There are no seats, so the coffee is made in front of you at the counter. We also serve high quality hojicha, matcha and Japanese tea from Nagasaki.
