Roasting our own coffee gives us the freedom to do things the OST BLOCK way. Inspired by the Nordic approach and shaped by what we learned in Copenhagen, we focus mostly on light roasts. We roast on a Loring, and our coffees carry the same spirit as our spaces: curious, thoughtfully sourced, respectfull and just a little bit rebellious.
