We roast twice a week and to order, so nothing sits around getting old. We roast to the coffee itself, not to a brew method — different origins ask for different things. You'll find us in a Porto coworking space, where you will find what might be the smallest coffee shop in the world: a brew bar where you can taste what we've been roasting.
