“The Coffee Show” is an exhibition devoted to coffee and culture, focusing on education and training through seminars, coffee tastings and demonstrations.
At The Coffee Show, catering professionals (baristas and bartenders, owners or managers of bars, cafes and F & B managers) from all over Greece will have the opportunity to discover in depth the secrets and peculiarities of the world’s most popular beverage as well as all the stages from the farm to the cup of the consumer, as these are defined by the needs of modern times!
During the two days of this unique coffee and culture exhibition, international and Greek experts will train your senses through workshops, masterclasses and coffee degustations.
You will come together with single origin, single estate, blends, specialty coffees, fine varieties from all over the world, going from theory to practice, while also having the opportunity to network meet with leading baristas.
You will discover the values and principles that govern everything that helps ensure the coffee’s taste profile, such as how to cultivate, harvest, roast, grind, maintain equipment, and improve techniques.
You will be informed about innovative focusing equipment, tools and utensils, such as grinders, espresso machines, water filtration systems, as well as new brew methods.
