Standart has merged forces with SCA Slovakia to bring you the Saturday Standart Coffee Festival, which will also host the final of the Slovak Barista Championship 2018 over the course of the whole weekend. The championships will see the best baristas compete in five categories.

Both events will run simultaneously in the new space of Nádvorie in Trnava. There will be 10 local and international roasters presenting their coffees on espresso and filter coffee bars. The stage will see 6 speakers from the coffee industry and its community.

Nádvorie is one of the most interesting architectural spaces we have seen in Slovakia lately. Its creative concept is based on a responsible approach of the city to its historical buildings which are located in the city centre. There are presentation rooms, Malý Berlín (Small Berlin) culture centre, a co-working space, a public space, an artisan bakery, a restaurant, and more.

Tickets:

The festival and the competition have two ticket categories. The first (5€) includes the entry to the space of Nádvoria and to the competition area where you can watch the barista championships, as well as the tasting of coffees at some of the stands. The second ticket category (13€) includes the entry to the Saturday Standart Coffee Festival, and the opportunity to visit presentations, taste different coffees from various roasters on espresso and filter coffee bars, as well as a welcome drink at the afterparty.
