During the 3 hour workshop we will first get our hands and senses on interesting ingredients, such as fruits, herbs, wood, nuts, soil, while ranging from colorless to scentless and from sour to salty.
We will evaluate these by trimming down one sense at a time, first touch, then sight and then smell.
A sensory experience that will help us develop a more conscious sense of taste, not just for coffee.
Sensitized from the first part of the workshop, we will then focus on coffee for the second half.
On the table we’ll have coffees from several origins, various roast degrees and two different preparation methods, which we’ll be able to experience in a new way!
