On Friday and Saturday there are cuppings, workshops and a lot of round-the-world fun for the taste buds. In the big Markthalle Neun, you can taste the roasts of more than thirty roasters on Sunday. Drink coffee and talk about it. And because what comes to the end of the pot, its origin with the coffee farmers, the question is how to make the chain from the cultivation to the coffee cup fair and sustainable for all involved, as well as how to make the perfect roasting curve.
