The Barista League: Copenhagen

On May 12 The Barista League takes it’s third event of Season II to Copenhagen – the home of amazing food, Fisk shots, Soren kirkegaard, and of course The Coffee Collective.
We we will be taking our coffee chaos to one of our favourite cities, and we couldnt be more excited.
Competing in Copenhagen we have 12 teams from Sweden, Denmark, Russia, Ukraine, Australia, Latvia, Finland and Norway – all competing for glory and the beautiful Barista League Trophy.
Judging the baristas will be three time national barista champion and founder of Barista Connect Sonja Zwiedick (DEN/AUT), co-founder of Koppi Fine Coffee Roasters, Anne Lunnell (SWE) and CEO of Five elephant coffee roasters, Kristofer Schackman (GER). Teams will compete in a creative espresso cocktail round, a sensory challenge where teams have to match water solutions to their corresponding flavours and a secret mystery challenge.
Taking advantage of Copenhagen’s rich culture of food, drinks and amazing coffee roasters, the weekend will also feature some amazing sideline events popping up across the city over the weekend.
